OK... First for transport to London Luton Airport... Greenline (www.greenline.co.uk) operate coach no. 757 between London Victoria (Buckingham Palace Road) to London Luton Airport... And the services will take approximately 1hour45minutes... And it run 24hours a day and run every 15-30minutes... Fares for this services is GBP11 single and GBP16 return (www.arrivabus.co.uk/__80256E4D002D97BB.nsf/vWeb/pcNPOK5XNEHF?Open&show=current&region=Shires%20and%20Essex&town=Luton)... EasyJet passenger will receive discount at GBP10 single and GBP11 return (www.greenline.co.uk/__80256E2700397232.nsf/vWeb/wpNPOK6CBKG7?OpenDocument)...
Beside coach, Nationalrail (www.nationalrail.co.uk) operate regular services between London Euston to Luton Airport Parkway... And there will be connection bus running from the railway station to the airport for free... However, train ticket fare vary depending on the time of booking...
For Gatwick Airport, you can choose to go by NationalExpress (www.nationalexpress.com) which operate a regular coach services between London Victoria (Coach Station) to Gatwick Airport... Journey time is approximately 1hour 30minutes and that the fare are at GBP12.20 return... Beside that, NationalRail (www.nationalrail.co.uk) operate train from London Bridge, Waterloo East and Victoria to Gatwick Airport, train time will take approximately 45minutes with their standard fare being GBP9 per way... At the same time Gatwick Express (www.gatwickexpress.com) operate regular train services from Victoria which will cost GBP26.8 return and the trip will take approximately 30minutes...
Hope you will find these information useful... If there is any question, dont feel hasetated to contact me...

For Gatwick, it seems OK to take the train from Victoria.. But beware that they are pretty expensive on Gatwick Express and Southern train only have limited services from Victoria to Gatwick... So you better check the time of Nationalrail Southern Train services...

For Luton, I personally would suggest coach more as the train doesnt get to right to the airport... You still need to wait for the connect bus from the railway station to the airport... Which you wont really save much time from taking the train rather than coach...

For Gatwick, is around 15mins for Underground from Bayswater to Victoria... Then 45mins train ride... The waiting time and walking, I would say around 1hr 30mins to be safe...

For Luton, its 2hrs by coach and again 15mins by Underground to Victoria... If you want to go by train, then it would be 1hr train, 15mins Underground, 15mins bus... Which means around 2hr 45mins by coach and 2hrs by train..

Please go to National Express website and check, you can online buy ticket and go to central bus ststion and get on the coach

www.nationalexpress.com/

you can choose your date+ time +departure place and u can buy open return ticket and it is much cheaper

2) Train (fast)

3) Taxi (most expensive)
