Tou Fu Noodle is my favourite food not only because it is healthy with good calcium and protein supply to the body, but also they are very delicious.
First, they are soft so once in the mouth with a few chew, Tou Fu Noodle becomes liquid-like and it is very funny. Also, Tou Fu Noodle is part of the Hong Kong culture so while enjoying this food on the streets or in a HongKong restaurant, you will feel more sence of being a Hong Kong people. That's why I love Tou Fu Noodle.
