(a) the cost of producing each digital camera,
C(5000) = 100000 + 40(5000) = 300000
Cost of producing each digital camera
= C(5000) / 5000
= 300000 / 5000
= 60

(b) the daily profit.
I(5000) = 50002/50 = 500000
P(5000) = I(5000) – C(5000)
= 500000 – 300000
= 200000
