新股暗盤賣買一問?

一般活躍的經紀行都會做，但並唔係買賣三千五千咁小數目，一般都係數以十萬元計，散户好難做暗盤。

由於暗盤是經紀行與經紀行之間的承諾，是以寫紙仔形式進行，可以講好冇保障，所以一般都是經紀行自己開盤對賭，除非你同經紀行熱，否則佢地唔會睬你，始終暗盤屬高風險及違規安排，所以銀行亦唔會參與暗盤買賣。

Strcitly speaking, grey market trading is illegal. You can simply ask the Stock Exchange. Therefore, no decent fund managers would buy or sell shares through grey market.

Sometimes grey market is a false market where the market makers want to create an impression that the IPO shares are very much sought after. If you believe the grey market price as an indicator, then you will fall into the trap of these people.

基本上, 凡有買家在場外開出欲買入的價格及股數, 無論有否沽家承接其買盤, 所開出的價格已是暗盤.
暗盤買賣常見於新股上市..
