I don’t know how I can help, but I can chip in some advice. That said, why do you need a Japanese forename anyway?

I checked the database, there is no exact match for 秋如. So all that you can do is to find the meaning of your name, then find a similar Japanese derivative that suits that very meaning. (BTW, are you born in autumn?)

Try splitting your name into ”秋”and ”如”then search for these characters in the database. You will end up a bunch of matches (around 245 matches for 秋 and 77 for 如). You may consider this as a start.
