不是所有acid 都是oxidizing agent,
acid 中只有conc. H2 SO4 , dil.HNO3 and conc. HNO3 are oxidizing agent

而除acid 外，也有很多oxidizing agent，they are:
KMnO4
K2 Cr2 O7
Oxygen
Chlorine
Bromine
