runescape spinach roll幾多錢？

第一：無人會買，就算買都最多 1gp (heal 得唔多，而且無理由要買)

Rare?
你夠膽話 Spinach Roll 係 rare item 我就直告你 item scamming (者係唔係 rare item 咯!)

基本上spinach roll賣俾人係冇人要架!!!只係有d scammer將spinach roll當做rare item換人地d貴重野。
spinach roll冇人要，主要係有2個原因: 第一(最重要)，spinach roll最多補2血，實在冇太大作用，第二: spinach roll可以打moss giants(lvl 42)執到，或者係MOM(mysterious old man)俾既，唔可以話係rare item，所以幾乎冇人會要。
閣下可以試下賣俾general shop，應該賣得幾gp(可能係$0!)咋!

spinach roll is the only one member food appear in non-member world,this food is a type of special food,you can buy it near the grand tree(in my brain the shop is called grome restaurant) if you are a member.

spinach rolls are not a rare things in runescape,you can take it in the random event or fight the mossy giant(lvl45).

if you buy from a player,it only cost about 10-45gp.

AND IT ONLY CAN ADD YOU 2 HP!!!!!

so it is a cheap cheap things.

with traiborn wizard can take the spinach roll !!!!!!!!!!
