好處:
convenient and save time==>you are no need to queue up and you can pay the bill anytime you like

easily accessible==> you can pay by phone or via internet

壞處:
need to register your bill again if you have not used it for payment (for example, you register your HSBC bill, but later you have paid the bill via HSBC's phone service, if you left without use for a year, the record of HSBC BILL will be deleted from PPS system)
