dont ever think about tinshuiwai ! NO NO NO.
public housing estates still ok as rent is cheaper. kingswood villas--dead ! most of the residents include me leave earlier and home very late. holidays--either sleep at home or escape to city (urban area). seldom shopping. library is a playground for the kids from mainland leaving behind by their parents who are gambling down stair at the jockey club. any money left behind for shopping? only parkn shop doing good. why? basic needs lor. others? forget about it. the worsts--shop lifters and young gangsters.
