我用huibarbie的答案做例：
follow 後面放上不同的preposition，有特別的意義。
follow up 指的是跟進，不是Szetocheukwang寫的那個意思
所以是： 請你寫電郵給我，以作跟進 。
huibarbie的答案才對。Szetocheukwang的答案錯了。
其實would you please email to me as follow up.
可簡單的寫成Please email to me as follow up.
簡單到題有禮。Would you的寫法是比較outdate的寫法。email的心態是快而準，古老式的已沒有市場價值了。

由此可知,would you please email to me as follow up.即係話
你可不可以把這封e-mail寫完佢呢?
