As far as I am aware of, there is not a single secondary school in HK which one can say particularly excels at Maths. Unlike activities like Sports which rely much more on the support/atmosphere/culture/training from the school, academic subjects like Maths are more likely to be dependent on the standard of their students. You ask any math prize winners and I doubt many of them would thank their school or teachers because its more a personal thing if you know what i mean...yau shing tung(a famous hk mathematician) is from pui ching, but would you say pui ching rocks at Maths? at least not nowadays..
Well certainly then schools with higher reputation attract better students and you might then argue that they have more students who are capable of getting high marks in open math competitions. If thats the case you are looking at schools like Wa Ying College in HMT or any EMI schools alike...Its not hard to find out which schools are more reputable in Kln city..there should be quite a few...I guess you would know better than I do. Good luck.
