As above, why do I put two electrodes which connected to the voltmeter into the lemon will have electricity generated?

Lemon contains citric acid, which cause the sour taste of it. The citric acid is a weak acid and will ionize incompletely to form hydrogen ions and the anions of the acid in water. Hence, lemon juice is an electrolyte containing ions and is able to conduct electricity.
