Let x be the amount of canadian dollar last year for hotel rentIf this year there is no change in hotel rent but the exchange rate has dropped, new canadian dollar for hotel rent = x*6.5475/6.2555 = 1.047x
As you can see we need more canadian dollars since the exchange rate has dropped
Now we take into account that the hotel rent decrease by 20%
using the new canadian dollar, the new hotel rent = 1.047x*80% = 0.8373x
Percentage change would be (0.8373x-x)/x= -16.34%

Hotel rate 下調20%. Therefore, it is HK$80 (HK$100 - 20%). This is equal to C$12.79 (HK$80 / 6.2555).
