同等份量的糖粉與沙糖,那一樣會比較甜?

糖粉 = caster sugar
糖粉:用來做蛋糕,做蛋糕時就會比較砂糖容易溶。
糖粉比較幼身,用黎整蛋糕目的係令蛋糕滑d
*糖粉:大多數用來加入蛋白做裝飾糖霜(行語叫[馬拎])。

糖粉比普通白砂糖幼細,
砂糖會甜少少,不過唔係差好遠!

答案係糖粉!每粒砂糖中,其實都有一d好細ge空間,砂糖用機器磨碎後(即係糖粉),當中ge空間就冇左,相對同樣ge份量,例如一tbsp,如果係砂糖,因為當中ge空間都有佔空間,that means,o個d空間就係lost左ge部份~而糖粉經過磨碎ge工序,就冇呢個問題出現啦~
所以,相對同樣ge份量,糖粉會甜d啦~(唔係我自己估架,我以前去上堂o個陣問過d導師)

powder sugar and fine sugar

powder sugar is finer than regular sugar. It has starch added in to prevent the sugar from lumpy.

Fine sugar will be sweeter cause it is just sugar, nothing added in.
