地產代理的職責是協助或調停業主與租霸的糾紛,向業主解釋如租客欠租超過15日,業主更可以申請取消租約,並向土地審裁處收回樓宇 。 為何業主給租霸有機可乘?

有 一個 職業租客 用 8000蚊 電費 + 8000蚊 煤氣費,為何業主不是轉名給租客自己去交費嗎? 為何電燈公司和煤氣公司未繳費都吾cut電、cut煤氣呢? 試寄信給以上2間公司証明用者不是業主本人,租霸巳走佬,可否申請括免。該公司亦有責任。

地產代理只負責介紹租客給業主,有否其他承絡? 向業主保証此人是好租客,否則會賠給業主呢? 但業主有權向地產監管局投訴。

real estate agents responsible for checking the credit background and ability of paying rent of the potential tenant. if the agents have already checked all and the agents have conveyed all information to the landlord.the agents are responsible agent. landlord make the final decision. Agents NOT responsible for what you mentioned!!

bad debt, steal and outstanding payments are all NOT the responsibility of the real estate agent, the offended tenants are! all these disputes are simply between landlord and tenant. agents would help landlord to rectified but not responsible for the debts!

in rental market, real estate agent get only 1/2month rent as service charge. how could you ask for an unlimited liability? i appreciate the real estate agents who hv helping me to lease out my properties. they are professionals. i pay 1/2month rent as commission as i know that is NO free lunch!
