我朋友小時候移民過加拿大，她現在拿的是加拿大passport，亦應該是加拿大公民(詳情我沒問)，但她現在回來香港工作生活。
她想知道如果她要跟美國男朋友結婚的話，需要像我們一樣，男友在那邊申請k-1 visa，再等見官？還是她可以直接在美國跟男友結婚？

Canadian Citizens are only exempt from visa requirements when they are travelling/vacation to the US for 180 days, otherwise, they require visas like all other nationals.A K1 visa is required for fiance. Offical information can be found at http://www.amcits.com/exceptions.asp
