在哪裡 可check 到一間公司有冇 拿商業登記?

Every company if it is trading in Hong Kong must obtain a Business Registration Certificate (BRC)商業登記証whether this company is a sole-proprietor 獨資, partnership 合伙 or a limited company 有限公司. The issuance of BRC is done by Inland Revenue Department (IRD)稅務局. It is nothing concerned with the Companies Registry (CR) 公司註冊處handling the registration of limited companies only. No information of BR could therefore be obtained from CR.
You can go to the following web-site for checking a BR or go to IRD for making such a search and obtain a certified copy of the details of the company.
