At Christmas, we usually go travelling.

In the morning, I usually go swimming.

In the morning, I often go swimming.
(強調已做過這事很多次,但在這情況下,意思跟 In the morning, I usually go swimming 差不多。)

I often go swimming.

Collins Cobuild English Usage
----------
You use the adverb "usually " when you are mentioning the thing that most often happens in a particular situation.

If something happens "often ", it happens many times.

The word usually is more frequent than the word often.
So usually could mean doing something everyday, and often could mean doing something once in a while.
