do u know how to use the cage in varrock that beside the gerenal store??

你係咪指係 bank 既南面有三個既 Cage???如果係既話, 果個三個 cages 係 member world 之會用到,
就係一d 玩家當佢地升緊一個 member skill "Thieving" 既時候,
比 random event 捉到呢一個籠入面, 玩家需要搵出相對既 key 開鎖,
就可以離開個籠

you never open the cages and you can't use.because there is no keys to open the cages!
