乜野食用油最健康而又唔會好重味?

乜野食用油最健康而又唔會好重味?我試過用olive oil但係D味好濃,有冇D油係冇乜味但係又健康。。。普通粟米油健唔健康架。。。有冇D係冇膽固醇架?

olive oil 都有分幾隻, 有深淺色之分, 如冇意外深色係頭一次"炸"出來,相對味好重, 搵d淺色d既應該會冇咩味.
我平時用來整cake 既都冇味既,好淺色~
但你要留意番唔同既olive oil 有d係專用來cook, 一d只係唔可以cook, 冷用的~
p.s. 不過咩油都好, 都係油, 幾健康都好, 都會肥.....食少d好d.

`葡萄籽油 Grapeseed Oil

佢味淡, 又可以強化循環系統, 抗老化, 含有維他命B1, B3,C, 礦物質等...

我係永安/citysuper等d大型supermarket都見到有得買...

而我仲係citysuper買, 大約係$47/1 L

我就用緊以下依隻, 不過其實仲有好多唔同的品牌...

I would suggest canola-olive oil. It has no cholesterol and no trans fats but Omega-3 and Omega-6.
