Yes, it is blackcurrent jelly but you need to add 1 tsp of 魚膠粉 to make the jelly not too soft. To make Black forest filling, usually I add black cherry (tin food) as well. Cut the cherry in half, then mix with jelly and wripping cream.Hope this help.

係普通啫喱嚟架咋，不過係用黑加侖子味囉．．．照住啫哩粉盒上面教既方法嚟整就可以，好簡單既啫～唔信你可以睇下啲食譜，佢哋都係咁教架～
