Starting from February 1 2007, application forms are available at the General Office (P6406), Division of Commerce, 6/F, Academic Building, City University of Hong Kong, Tat Chee Avenue, Kowloon Tong, Kowloon (MTR Exit C).
Please return the completed application form on or before 28 April 2007 (for CCCU students) or 12 May 2007 (for students of other institutions).
