做領隊有前途嗎?

其實做一個領隊唔係一定無前途的 ~
now都有好多的大學生去旅行社工作啦　～　咁難道佢地都無前途嗎　？　
唔係定ｍａ　．．．只要睇下自己的興趣係邊一方面 ...
雖然無可否應初初入行一定無無人地搵得咁多 ..
但如果很學同很捱苦的話 .... 就可以 up 職 .....
做領隊其實係可以學到一d 平時係學校同埋出入學唔到的野 ...
雖然人工真的唔好睇呀 .... 但係好好玩的 ...
問心 .... 的 ... 好少有一份工 有可以玩有可以從當中學到唔同的野 ...
亦都可以睇多d 唔同地方的方化 ...
我覺得u 應該去試下做這份工作 ... 唔好令自己係未來有任何後悔的機會 ....
當你覺得工作唔咁的你時候 u 可以轉左其他部門到工作 .... 同一樣的 ...

其實你剛剛大學畢業 試下做領隊都可以既
要考個領隊牌 可以周圍去不同地方
雖然底薪只有2000元 會有佣金收入
做幾個月 試下這份工作是否適合你
唔岩做再做回自己在校所學的 degree
如果你無試過 你是不會安心的
你還年輕 試下也無妨的

我覺得可以試下, 其實做領隊都可以係一種學習,
學與不同人溝通 : 初做領隊一定係去國內短線, 多數都係公公婆婆, 一家大細的2-3天團
學突發問題處理 : 國內大把突發問題, 咩問題都有, 你估唔到
學一眼關七 : 一團有40-50人 , 要認得佢地, 要唔走失 , 都係一種學問
就算之後唔做, 學到o既o野都一定有用,

i think worth to try. if u r not too old, why not take more life/job experience? forgive me to say, youngster should not too panic about the starting salary. how about u treat it as u r paying for the experience and still lucky enough to get $2000 bonus? is it make u more happy?

more exposure rather than just stick to the figure. bill gates surrender his study in yale/harvard(?) and did the messy job. looked like hopeless and no returned at that time! see, it is the basic difference between chinese and westerners. chinese are much more shortsighted, only stick to the $ before the eyes and would hv overlooked the golden mountain at behind. u r college boy la, big enough to make ur own decision. if u could not be a successful man later on just bcs u hv followed the advice of ur family to go the way they prefered, u could not blame them , i think they would simply say ' you could go your own way arh' at that time!!

大學學費很貴的...但出黎做野只有底薪約2000蚊,,

領隊..睇你帶咩團,,宜家同大陸d旅遊攪到咁...
底薪約2000蚊?commission呢?帶佢地去買野先有錢?(我打個比喻架ja)
有d請長線實習領隊..人工可能會高d

我又想問返你,你大學讀咩科?可搵返你所讀ge科..有關ge工嗎?

做領隊係你興趣?定只係想試下..?
如果為興趣..我只可以講興趣唔可以當飯食..
如果想試下..試2,3個月..睇下人工同前途係點?

而我係你ge話..我唔會選做領隊,如果係做,中5之後讀d文憑..或其他都可以做到啦
可能我屋企唔係有錢,既然我自己係咁幸運讀完大學,當然想搵份1萬以上ge工啦,
爸媽做野好辛苦供我架!!!
