My friend and I went to the library yesterday[, and we saw some improper behaviours].

Second, I saw two student[s] tearing pages off reference books. Although they might be working on their project, their behaviour was extremely selfish and was a damage to public property.

Besides, there was a man was making unbearable noises which were annoying. And we saw a woman eating as she read. [Those] were all selfish and inconsiderate behaviours which made it hard for us to concentrate on our reading.

I suggest [giving warnings] to them, and putting up a notice which announces a penalty [to those who violate the library regulations].

Yesterday my friend and I went to one of the public libraries . First of all , I saw that a child was drawing pictures on a book page by page . Her morther did not stop her child but gave praise to her child' s drawings .

Second, I saw two students tearing some informative pages from the reference books, which would be used for doing their projects . Really, it was a self-fish behaviour which already damaged the public properties .

Besides, a man who made unbearable sound was annoying readers , and a woman was eating when she was reading . Both of their behaviours were immoral because they were condsiderate of other readers . I could not concentrate on my reading .

I suggest that the public libraries should give warnings to those who had broken the rules and regulations set out by the public libraries and that should put up notice about the penality to readers in case of breaking the rules and regulations of the public libraries .

Then, I saw two students tearing pages out the reference books. Maybe they had to use them to make their projects. But they gather information by tearing pages from reference books is a very selfish behavior.

Also, a man gave out some unbearable sounds that annoyed us. Silence should be kept in a library. A woman was eating when she read. I think this behavior was inappropriate, she was not considerate. All these things disturbed me and I can't make up my mind to read.

I suggest giving warnings to the misbehaved readers. Also put up notice to let them know that penalty will be given if they didn't obey.
