hung 係 hang ge過去式...hang up解收線(電話)
fed up 係厭煩, 困擾或失望, 特別係一D你已經試過好多次ge野...
Madonna果首歌叫hung up. 都係咁解

I'm fed up
呢度解每一件你講或者做ge野

hung up is the past tense of hang up... means you are on the phone and "cut the line"... or ending a conversation on the phone... fed up means you are annoyed...
