After finishing this project, I realize that I become familiar with the MTR, and am always aware of their new promotions. Other than this, I find out that the most important things in doing projects are team spirit and endurance. For example, meeting the teammates is difficult since all of us have to work or go to school. At first, we find it quite hard to take the time to meet, but after some considerations, we finally get the team together. Secondly, the question is work distribution. We have to balance the work between ourselves. More than that, we have to distribute the work according to our strengths and weaknesses to be most effective.

Personally, due to the fact that the project has to be done in English this time, I realize that my English is limited. I have to look for assistance from schoolmates and friends. However, the most important is the fact that this project make us more harmonious. Additionally, we understand our own strengths and weaknesses so that we can use our own strengths to improve ourselves. This project is really a special experience.

I realized that after finishing this project, my knowledge and understand of MTR has increased significantly, and I have started to notice their new advertisements occasionaly. Meanwhile, I also realized that teamwork and compromises are the key to a successful project. For example, when we were organizing a time for the project meeting, we experienced a major difficulty, for some of us who'll need to work and some of us who'll need to attend classes, it's very hard to set up a fix time that's comfortable for everybody. However, after a few meetings, we had compromised with each other, and it gets easier and easier to set up meetings. Then there's the segregation of duties, we need to assign different tasks to the individuals who are best for each job while getting a balance of the workload on each team member and to improve efficiency. As for myself, due to the medium of this project being English, I realized that my English skill is a bit inadequate and needed to seek help from other team-members and friends. However, I, in-turn, helped our team-members to better compromise with each other, and to better observe our strength and weakness so that we could cover our weakness with our strengths. I have in fact, gained a wonderful experience from dealing with this project.

After doing this project, I know more about MTR and pay more attention to its new advertisement constantly. Besides that, I have learnt how to cooperate with my groupmates. For example, we could not decide when we could go out for dicussing about the project since we need to work and go to school. But we tried to accommodate each other. Moreover, we have learnt to arrange our work so that we could balance our time for work. For different groupmates, we had different work for them in order to fit their ability and increase the efficiency. For personal aspect, since the project is mainly in English, and I realized that my English is not good enough, so I asked for help from my friends. The most important point is that the relationship between my friends and I is better than before, and I am clearer about my ability so that I can improve. This project is a really special experience.
