一般最常用的是 Restaurant

但你說: 我係想要一個term係包括哂所以飲食場所, 即包括大排檔、酒樓、茶餐廳、cafe、快餐店.....
則是:
1. Food mart
2. Food court

I think you can use "restaurants" to mean 食肆, it should be ok
