if you wonder what it means...here are some examples:
e.g. 香港既物流配套充足，所以吸引到好多人用我地既港口
e.g. 呢棟商廈既配套好好，令好多需要都不假外求，吸引左好多公司黎租office

facility maybe better to use in this situation. or features also good to use.
This building has many good facilities included, it's not necessary to get assitance from outside, therefore it attracts lots of company to hire its office.
