我覺得$3000 以下既價位, 又可以比你做小食, 做小食野都要有一定既人流, 我覺得比較難,你其實大約既資金有幾多呢? 因為要做小食既一間小店鋪, 其實都要10幾萬左右, 因為要攞
小食牌 ,商業登記, (來去水位, 爐頭,電標,) <------要比按金, 加簡單裝修, 或者你可以選擇一0的大型商場or 大型廣場 有一段距離既小店舖, 可以專做外賣既小食or 車仔面, 因為0個0的地方既租金會較平, 裝修都可以超簡單 ,喺呢兩方面都平唔少!!!希望幫到你啦!

I think, it is difficult to get at 3000蚊樓下鋪位, even rent rate in Tuen Mun area is cheap.
新墟 is an area with quite a lot of people, so, 3,000 is really difficult.
Pls go to the area near to 新墟銜布, U will see 1-2吉舖.
I live in Tuen Mun and go to 新墟銜布 everyday ga. Have a look and see if those shop ok for U? (I think budget is around 5-7千
