點解我跑一陣就無氣..............

我唸我跑1km 到就跑唔到.. 我阿爸話跑多d 就得... 但跑極都係咁
其實會唔會係心臟or其他有問題呀.. 洗唔洗睇醫生呀???

你阿爸講得0岩,跑多d就得;
不過你話跑極都係咁,咁唔知你係一星期跑一次,定一星期跑四、五次,又持續左幾耐 ?

你可以做其他輔助運動,如跳繩、游水,亦要注意跑步姿勢,熱身同凍身,也可做d短、快跑,很快你就會適應了。

一 你練吾足
二 太急進
三 用錯呼吸方法
四 通常普通人一開始跑1公里會好辛苦,要慢慢操架長跑

初初開始練就慢慢跑 唔夠氣就行下先再跑 唔好心急
練到條氣順左至增加距離 比三四個月自已啦
真係有問題至講話要睇醫生啦

I think you should keep on training and 無氣 doesn't have linkage to your heart but your lungs. And a little tips for you: you can swim more cuz it would help you a lot.
