巴士車廂英文係乜?

1) (inside) the bus compartment

因 compartment 是可數名詞, 故此在完整句子中不可欠缺 article. 要強調在車廂之內的話, 便加 inside 在前面. 以下是九巴網頁乘客須知的例句:

Do not move about inside the bus compartment unless alighting.

2) on the bus

但如果不必強調車廂的話, 只想說某人在巴士上, 一般只須加 on 在 the bus 之前已足夠了. 例子:

He is on the bus.
