但如果講兩種唔同動作，就可以：I not only like cooking, but also grow the food myself.

基於以上原則，我會改為：
I think not only the level of the papers, but also the markers' judgment affects our CE results.
或：
I think not only the level of the papers, but also the markers' judgment affects our CE results.

文法上只是 affect 改為 affects 便可。但這句子 Style 表達不太清晰。
