做HR 定教書好?

It really depends on what you have interest in!

To be a teacher, you have stable and not bad salary, but have to realise one thing that maybe not easy to change your career again if you get bored with it one day. Well, if you like kids, then would be a great job for you.

HR, it doesn't sounds like an interesting job anyway, but easier for getting a job at the other firms, but the starting salary could be very different to a teacher. But sometimes HR have to deal with many different people and different cases would be quite interesting at some point.

And, another consideration would be your financial status, if you want to secure your financial conditions, then, no doubt, should be a teacher!

其實,做HR或教書都是吃力不討好的.
不過,教書專業一些,亦較受人尊重.
做HR,最難攪是經常要動腦筋幫人解疑難,但做了也不會太受人讚賞,一切像是應份似的.
教書若教好了學生,自己也有成功感,家長學生亦會感激.
教書的使命感重些.
教書的發展前景遠些.
但,最終要看你的興趣及個性.
教書的耐性要大些.
而做HR則要圓滑些.
