中學會考加入校內評核是否利多於弊?請抒發己見

Since the examination system is an important part of the educational career, it has to be changed with the development of the society and the educational system. In the latest decade, the adding of the school-based assessment into the public examination is a worldwide transformation. The school-based assessments include lots of aspects, for instances, the daily project works of the Art subjects, the experiment works of the Science subjects and the designated studies of the Liberal Study. In doing these assessments, students make use of their knowledge learning in the lessons and apply them appropriately. The assessments also test the analysis skills and the understanding of the knowledge of the students. Creativity can be initiated and boosted through doing the assessments too. If the assessment is a group work, student can learn how to cooperate and work along with others which is a precise chance to equip oneself for the society. The coursework would test one’s ability more than the memory. It is a much more geuine assessment because it takes into account research, understanding of the issues and the ability to express oneself, not just the ability to answer question in a very short period of time.
