我之前在www.qq.com申請qq，但總是亂碼，沒有辨法，最近，內地朋友幫我申請了qq號，我便在www.qq.com下載了軟件，但是桌面qq公仔和彈出的qq視窗有些字亂碼、和出現?，該如何修正呢?

you must have no chinese system inside your computer. So I suggest you go to so computer shop for a softward that can put into you computer and make your computer form the word that the computer can't tranform turn back to chinese again.
