1. Please examine your Keyboard is a "Standard 101/102-Key or Microsoft Natural PS/2 Keyboard" in the Device Manager, if not, change it accordingly.

2. Check the input method you are using is English or Chinese, but not some other language.

3. If you want to check your keyboard is working well or not, you can press "Delete" when your PC is just booting in the black screen. Then enter BIOS to check up, down, left, right, enter, etc keys work or not. If they works, this means your keyboard has no problem but your windows setting is wrong.
