美國綠咭一問

你有綠咭,當然冇美國護照啦.當你入籍時會收番張綠咭.
持綠咭法例上有冇限唔知.但人所皆知超過六个月返嚟要醒定.如果事先知道就最好攞定回美證(白皮書).如係意外就攞如醫院文件等.回美證都唔係免死金牌.試過有人兩年後入境,人佢照放入；但係收咗張綠咭,要佢出庭同法官解釋.亦有人話机場移民官冇權收你張綠咭.但係當時佢係官,佢係要收.你唔通報警揾差人拉佢?
邊度入境你老婆未必知,移民局一查电腦即知.
911前美國人有入無出.(外國人因為有i-94,出入都有底) 911後出入都有.陸路就抽樣.但係08年開始,陸路都要PASSPORT/GREEN CARD.而家用車牌就可以.

如要出美國境,有冇限你幾時要回來??
A green card holder can leave and re-entry US for multiple times, as long as you are not stay outside for more than 1 year. You must present a reentry permit (if gone more than 1year) or returning resident visa (if gone 2 years or more) and your passport to reentry US. If you don't have the permit or permit was expired, US custom will deiny your entry.

出入都有/出入都冇??
US Custom only has record for entry and exit by air and sea, if you crossed the border by land, it is unlikely that US Custom has a record. But this may change, starting Jan.1, 2008 you must present a valid passport travel by land.

Most green card has a expiry date, make sure your green card is valid. If you don't follow the rule, then you may have a problem to re-new your green card.

一般來講綠卡人事都吾好離開美國多過一年，如果想離開美國1-2年話建議你在離開美國之前等申请回美纸收到叫人寄去給你。

美國沒限你幾時要回來，只要距沒有取消你個綠卡，你都可以回來。
回來時候吾好講大話就得啦。

大家知道美國出境時候沒通检查,可以講距沒紀錄,不過距可以問你拿你住在美國ｄ證明要你提供給距，如果你真系吾在美國你拿什么給距啊。。

有美國綠咭移民官有權在你入境時沒收你的綠咭，因為你離境太耐，佢有權懷疑你沒有在
美國長期居留的意思。
