請問人地話做運動減肥要連續做30分鐘以上先開始減脂肪,
咁如果我跑左20分鐘跑步機~~再去做20分鐘樓梯機~~OR 其他~~~咁算唔算~連續~30分鐘

不如你去le個網頁睇下丫~佢地既顧問幫我一個星期減3磅, 總共減左25磅,
2年都無肥返, 而且重改善埋健康添!!

其實你除了做運動之外, 係需要配合你既飲食習慣,
因為你除了消耗多d卡路里, 仲可以減少吸收卡路里,
但係如果你亂咁節食, 你既新陳代謝就會好慢, 都會影響你既減肥計劃咖~
所以你可以選擇一些高營養的代餐, 你唔麻煩的可以自己煮,
我以前都好似你咁做運動...食少d, 不過到頭來效果麻麻..

to burn fat...
u should follow a formula to calculate yr min. and max. heart rate when doing exercise.
in general case, most fitting centre they have a chart on each machine (e..g walking machine, running machine or sky walker)
then u should check yr suitable heart rate in yr age rate. e.g. if u are aged 25 and from chart u may check yr min. heart rate 120 and max. is 180.
Then to burn fat, u should keep yr heart rate in between these figure (normally ~ 140-150) and continue the exercise in 30 minutes...then u are really can get the result of burn fat

唔一定既...只家只要有用運動就可以減肥,
eg,行樓梯,行路都得,唔一定要30mins,30mins係最低既時間,只要有活動既就得
不過你如果真係想減肥,你既方法都得,不過有一樣既你一定要記住,唔可以放棄
