The short paragraph is grammatically correct except " ... information about [our or the] school...", i.e. there should be an article or pronoun to qualify the " school ". Whether " school website " or " school's website " is OK.
Or you may wish to refer to my version as follows:
If you wish to know more about our school, please visit its website which contains more information on our school such as its history, vision and mission, facilities, subjects taught, etc.
