請問由Assistant Manager 升為Manager, 在responsibility/duties 及 對公司既Contribution上有什麼不同呢?

AM is take the order from Manager, you shold do the job well that is satisfied by the manager. but manager has creative function, you should think more band new idea and make it to be real. in that process, you should monitor your staff and concern all the things related to the project.
