Well, actually i don't think when acceleration(加速度) is 0, there will still have average acceleration(均加速).So, i explain as the following:
When acceleration is 0, the object have no changes in velocity. Therefore, it is uniform veocity(均加速).
or explain by formula....
When a(acceleration)=0, use F=ma, F is 0.
So, there is no external force. By the newton first law, the object will move in uniform motion.
