Problem in MYOB of changing HK dollar to US dollar

if i want to enter a purchase in MYOB, how can i set the price from HK dollar to US dollar ? Because all the purchase are in US dollar...................and can i change all the accounts to US dollar? Is it the original setting of MYBO are all in HK dollar?

urgent Please help !!!!

i press the (Rate:HK) botton in the new purchase after i enter all the items, but there is nothing to choose to select, 咁我點將個金額轉做美金呀 ? 定係之前要做d咩setting ar???

You can see from the botton , there is a exchange rate for you to enter the actual rate that you paid (it will calculate the exchage rate between your setting and the actual )when you purchases or sales. You can change to US$ for all your setting are in Hong Kong Dollars.

Setup menu- customize Easy setup assistant-setup muti-currency-clickAnd then:In the list menu- choose currency-change the exchange rate at @7.8 for HK$to US$
