after i put on the eye shadow.
it just can stay for about 3-4 hours then it would FADE OUT and becomes so OILY.
when i hang out with my fds.
they havent re-cover their makeup but their makeup can stay so long.
how can i make it stay longer ?
am i miss out some step?
usually i would put on the mascara >>> eye shadow.just like that...
becoz i heard one of my fds said the mascara 'd prevent the to get a panada eyes from the eye shadow.anything wrong??
pls help!!panda eyes from eyeshadow...

you can buy some oil control base put on teyes frist, then put on eye shadows, will be better
