I think you may have received the badge from PPU last month; if you still have not received the badge, please let me know.
The fair will be held on 21 Apr to 23 Apr 07; and as some days of the period are the public holidays, I would like to suggest to visit the fair together on 23 Apr 07 (Monday) at 5pm.
Do you agree the arrangement? If there is any suggestion, please kindly let me know.

The fair will be hold on 21 to 23 Apr 07, there will be public holiday in that period, so I suggest that you better visit the fair on the 23 Apr 07 (Monday) at 5pm.

I guess all of you probably recieved the badge from PPU last month, if any of you didnt recieved it, please inform me as soon as possible.
The fair will be held on the 21st Apr to 23rd Apr 2007, since there is public holidays coming up during the fair period, I suggested to visit the fair together on the 23rd of April(Monday) at 5pm.
If any of you have a better idea, please feel free to let me know.
