過去完成式 (Past Perfect)
被動式:had been + past participle
e.g. The package still had not been delivered by the end of the day.

現在進行 (Present Progressive)
被動式: is/are being + past participle
e.g. The packages are being picked up on Tuesday and should arrive by Friday.

過去式 (Past)
被動式: was/were + past participle
e.g. A heavy snowstorm was forecast on the news last night.

將來式 (Future)
被動式: will be + past participle
e.g. The package will be delivered on Friday.

幾時用had同was:
We use past perfect (had) to show that one thing in the past (1) happened before another thing in the past (was) (2)

e.g. The prisoner was released (2) after he had been (1) in prison for several years.

基本上, 被動式的結構為 verb to be + past participle 若為動詞被動式, 由於是動詞時態(Tense)先行, 所以以 punish 為例:
過去完成式 : had + past participle => had + been + punished, 因動詞的past participle 令 verb to be 變成 been.
現在進行: is/am/are + present participle(+ing) => is/am/are + being + punished ;
過去式 was/were + punished ;
將來式 will/shall + infinitive verb without (to) => will/shall + be + punished
