湯底材料:
家樂牌粉麵湯底皇 - 日式豬骨味1粒
材料:
日式拉麵 約75克
豆腐 1件
日式叉燒(熟) 3片
冬菇 2隻
粟米、金菇 隨意
做法:
1) 日式拉麵煮約2 - 3分鐘至煮熟,然後過冷河;冬菇、豆腐、金菇及粟米芯灼熟備用。
2) 將200毫升(約1碗)開水煲滾,加入日式拉麵煮至滾。
3) 加入1粒日式豬骨味粉麵湯底皇拌溶(毋需另加調味),熄火盛起,加入日式叉燒及其它已灼熟之配料即可食用。
