其實忌廉汽水的原名是壁泉汽水(壁字是錯的,因為我不懂打,所以打近音字)

可能是包裝上有忌廉的英文camer,所以叫忌廉

忌廉汽水只不過係用忌廉香味，汽水成份冇忌廉係裡面，麵包店買既忌廉麵包裡面有一些黃色忌廉餡，就係呢種忌廉汽水味道，所以叫做忌廉汽水囉！

Should be not make of Cream. It is just some chemical that look like the taste of cream, so that call it cream soda. Or when it pour our look like cream at the top (bubbles). so that it call cream soda... I guess

我覺得忌廉汽水唔係用忌廉做, but 我唔知點解 =.=
