對仁川國際機場作出投訴的方法

你儘管寫信去IATA，就是那間國際空運協會，你買機票一定見過佢logo. 因為Incheon剛獲得２００７　（２００６？）　全球最佳機場，你若持著這點再寫信去仁川機場公關部，佢哋唔會唔理，也可寫去韓國觀光公社，香港設分店，因為佢哋好想香港人去韓國旅遊，所以佢哋會認真D對香港人的申訴。

其實我都好難相信一個國際機場無medical center. 但現在你不滿的問題是那個職員的態度, 那職員對機場的話境也似乎一無所知。不過,我個人都有不滿仁川機場的事件發生, 不過呢度無位詳談

P.S. The staff l met in Incheon Int'l Airport were quite good and Korean people are quite helpful. Wonder who did you talk to because it seems to me that usually Korean people do not speak very good English and they might not understand "1st aid", "band-aid" "sterizing" etc... At that time you transferred at Incheon Intl Airport which means you were at the restricted area. May be you talked to a flight attendant or airline staff who did not know Incheon Intl Airport very well. The officers at the airport may not be found in that area. Immigration officers are at the immigration counters.
