The staff of xx company is in the xx group, I have checked the record and found that we have really sent him a email. We are not sure why they could not recieve it.

The list/adress of the staff of XX company contains in the section of XX (software's name). After checking the record, I discovered that we have indeed sent them e-mail. However, I am not sure why they did not receive the mail.
