基本上寫得沒有錯但文筆要稍為修飾才能配合英語的文法
If I can choose 2 TV program,I will (like to )choose news and cartoon.
(First of all),I choose news because I can knowwhat things has happened( about) in the world ,and ( also can) increase my knowledge(too) .
(Secondly),I choose cartoon because it is ( so) funny and (it) can (make me )relax at my (leisure) time.

If I can choose 2 TV programs, I will choose news and cartoon. The reason I choose news is that I can know about how are things going on in the world and increase my common sense knowledge. I also choose cartoon because it is funny and the programs can relax me. But it will not be good if I watch cartoons most of the time. Perhaps a little bit of cartoon is enough for me.
